Everyone knows I love charity events that require minimal effort. Drink wine for charity…I’m THERE. Run a marathon for charity….NOT SO MUCH.
In that spirit, I’m pleased to announce a fabulous opportunity for all you Armchair Philanthropists out there:
SHOP for charity….I’M ALL OVER IT. Add in wine and apps….OMG.
This special Mom’s Night Out is being held at Crewcuts and J.Crew in University Village on Tuesday November 2, 6pm-9pm. The best part, besides the 15% Preferred Client Discount, is that 10% of the total sales from Crewcuts will go directly to Children’s Hospital!
(If you haven’t been to Crewcuts, you’re in for a treat. It’s the kiddie-version of J.Crew…adorable, affordable, and strategically located right next to the play area)
If any of you Sassy Moms out there are looking for the perfect excuse to grab some girlfriends for a night in heels and lipstick, then mark your calendars NOW. Bring a friend, or bring 20. The more the merrier, I always say!
This is a Special Private Event, so please mention the Children’s Hospital Mom’s Night Out to receive your 15% discount card on all purchases for the evening at both Crewcuts and J.Crew. (Discount cards available at CREWCUTS between 6-9pm)
The event is being sponsored by the Phil Smart Sr Guild for Children’s Hospital, a group of women dedicated to the mission of Seattle Children’s Hospital and to honoring the guild’s namesake, Phil Smart Sr., and his tireless dedication to patients and families at the hospital.
Yes, you know Phil Smart for his car dealerships, but the man absolutely INSPIRES in person. I heard him speak at an event last year, and was brought to tears by his moving accounts of children in the Rehab Unit whose courage and optimism are nothing short of miraculous. It makes me want to shop my heart out!
The new Holiday Collections will be in the stores that night, so please JOIN US for a night of shopping, where 10% of all the purchases at Crewcuts will go directly to Children’s Hospital!
